Returns & Exchanges

We hope you are delighted with your Linda Farrow purchase; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, you may return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned in their original condition, including all protective packaging, cases, and authenticity cards.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back and state your reason for the return.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the eyewear and all accompanying accessories inside the original Linda Farrow box, ensuring the package is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your proof of postage; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
